Strengths
ü Has most of the tv/radio channels
under its’ name
ü Big company, so it has power
ü Still quite “invisible” to average
people?
ü Has spread the radios/tvs hearing/watching
area to almost the whole country
ü Not much competition, because it’s
the biggest company that takes care that radio and tv channels work well
in Finland/ other countries

Weaknesses
ü Not well known among average people
ü Don’t have all the radio channels
still, for instance NRJ which is pretty popular among young people
ü Has already done something for this? What
new there is to bring?

ü Has power to change things
ü Has money à better opportunities
ü Can spread the radio to all
people, because it already is popular and you can hear the radio almost everywhere
ü Can affect to many things

I tried to
keep in mind the perspective that we got, so I concentrated on the radio
channels and then what came to my mind about the company while going through
their websites.
